So...how do wacky wigs and funny videos translate to radio? Cute for youtube, but I don't see it carrying over to the radio format well.

Wacky wigs and funny videos show creativity and imagination--which do translate to radio!
She's funny, able to articulate, has broad opinions and appears sane AND unique in that she is funny without being raunchy. She's original. In the morning, people need to wake up, feel tired and cranky especially during the morning drive to a job they may not like very much. From what I've seen and heard, funny is funny and it translates with the video and audio portions as she not only adorns wigs, but does voices and parodies.
I'm not sorry to be the voice of perspective in a world in which people need to be happy, laugh more and hate less. Laughter releases endorphins to heal and make people feel good.
Let's be real, people love to laugh, will tune in and stay tuned in which translates into larger market share, radio revenue, increased advertising cents--yes, the kind you can spend!

Yup, she's got my vote. All I have to say is if she is talking next to Didge in the morning, I may have change my pants when I get to work from laughing and spitting coffee on myself. I guess thats a good thing???

the thing is, y'all, the jb and sandy show isn't your typical morning show. they don't have to resort to a lot of voice impersonations -- the ones that jb, sandy, and digitz do are only there to complement what they do. the overall appeal of the show is that familiar feeling of listening to a group of your close friends just chat up about anything and nothing and everything. anyway, i'm not sure if teance is a good fit. but don't get me wrong -- she is very talented.
Way to wacky. Would be better suited on a different station. You know the one.

Why in the world would you attack this girl like this? If you don't like her, fine. A comment stating "Don't like her" is sufficient. Why do you have to get into implying ugly things about her? Do you know she lives in a trailer park? Do you know that the good comments must be from her "neighbors"? That's just rude. This girl is trying to get a job (even if it is a rather unconventional way to do so) and you are hacking her up like she's Britney Spears or some other celeb. I mean, do you really think your nasty, negative comments are going to sway JB and Sandy? Grow up!
Wow...she is a nut...in a good way...really fresh and funny. She seems to be really quick on her feet...a real asset. nice voice for radio as well...or should i say multiple (personallity) voices. It depends on what you want. If you want a drippy wallflower, she's not the one, but if you want someone who's fun and spunky and obviously creative...I'd pick her. Oh, and it does'nt hurt that she's easy on the eyes!

She is not side-kick material, as I agree with other posters... she'd try to steal the show. JB and Sandy are too mellow for this. (And poor Digitz would definitely take a backseat to her.)

Personally, she seems like she would make a great 'goatboy/stunt woman' type of character to me?? She would be great to send to the store or what have you for a funny bit...but not an acutal everyday sidekick... Just a thought?
wierd/funny/maybe a bit eccentric but never a dull moment. been an avid bones listener for 3 years. hire her and consider me done with the bones crew. i need something refreshing in my morning show.
I don't even know what to say after watching Teance. I will definitely "make the switch" to another morning show if this looney tune becomes a part of the show.

It is so obvious that this one anonymous commentor that is leaving so many negative comments is the same person on a bashing campainge and it is equally obvious that it is probably a jealous and very worried competitor that is so scared that Teance is gonna beat them out that they are resorting to negative bashing with the hopes of knocking her out of the contest. Teance is just as hillariously funny as herself as she is while she's playing all those quirkey characters she plays in her vids. She would definitely have the morning audiences feeling good on their way to work in the mornings. This anonymous negative basher is just being ridiculous. Nobody believes the vile hate this person is spewing. Pick Teance, she is incredible.
I would stop listening to your station all together. she is crazy. You should hire security now before annoucing who you give the job to. CRAZY!!!!!LOCO
