Character and conviction sums up this video to get, once again, my attention and applause.
In radio, I believe the terminology is "on air personality." Teance's videos collectively reflect her soul and its full of personality. Not only is there a lot of work and effort to exhibit her diligence, there's passion, spunk, creativity, volunteerism and a proper dose of humility--in my dictionary it means one thing: sidekick.
JB and Sandy, I hope our dictionary is turned to the same page.

I don't think it has been said but Teance is a Texan. She was raised in Texas and has lived in Austin. If she got this job she would be going home

I thought JB and Sandy were supposed to be the talent in the morning? Isn't she a bit over the top for a sidechick job? I'm not impressed. I am also concerned about the comments some of her supporters have posted. Is she going to bring that type of dialog to the show? I won't listen to that, ever. Have you seen the stuff "friends" of Teance are putting on others pages? I think the negative comments in the last half of this thread are more warnings to her than put downs. Teance is super funny and creative but DAMN her friends are mean...You lay down with Dogs your gunna get fleas...

Teance is one of THEE single most talented people I've ever come across and choosing her as your sidekick is a no-brainer. I met her through an ill-fated contest contest recently (ahem **FOXBLOWS** er, excuse me)and she is one of the most genuine human beings I know. I'm really confused and okay, I admit it, I'm arriving a little late for this "party." But, what's up with all the negativity hurled at this Teance person? I don't get it and now it includes her friends?
Sorry, excuse me for being naive, but how do we tell the friends and enemies apart from those in between or pretending?
It all seems so weird. And then, I looked at only one negative comment s on Kelly's page because someone thought she was more than a little mean to Teance. But then, everything gets twisted when people are offended by Kelly's negativity? So, was Kelly right and she could just say whatever about another? I'm not too sure about this and as I said, I'm coming at this late and maybe Teance was mean to others, but I can't find that video anywhere? Please show me where it is so that I can understand all of this. I know some videos are no longer available, but if she was so mean, why are her videos still here. So is this real or not? No, I'm not kidding.
Then, I was kind of looking through comments on Teance's videos. There are a lot of funny ones and supportive ones, but then there were some that were so personal like talking about where she lives, using her words against her, and then that stuff about her friends?
I looked at the comments of "arlie" and it seems like her comments were harsh for only Kelly, but then again she didn't comment on every video or were they deleted because it was so mean?
I'm sorry folks, but I so don't get this negative campaigning. It's almost like we need a peace treaty or something like that!
I actually think Teance is fresh and funny. Personally, I don't like the wigs as much as her energy in those videos. But I don't have to listen to the wigs :-0 I'm listening to her sense of humor and enjoying it.
Oh, I should say I don't know Teance personally, but I hope to listen to her in the mornings with JB and Sandy. Oh yeah, what's up with people saying she would outshine JB and Sandy? Hello, but they've been a team since a lot longer than yesterday. So, is the point like to scarce them into thinking Teance or other strong entries are like a danger to their job security? I don't know, but it seems like if she wanted to--she'd go to Hollywood of the West not Hollywood of the South.
This is like so long, but I guess I'm just wondering like why it's so catty! Am I like the only one or what? Maybe Teance isn't a real person auditioning and she's a friend of JB and Sandy and that's why people are treating her this way? Silly right? Yeah, but it sounds logical reading it along side all the crazy posts. Whew!

This video shows her versatility. Her first video shows her whackiness with the crazy characters. Her second video, I think, shows that she is just as funny, if not funnier being herself as she is when she's playing the whacky characters. This woman is an amazing talent. She is indeed fearless, she has confidence, she is amazingly funny. She would have morning audiences coughing up their hot coffee thru their noses from laughing so hard on their way to work in the morings. She is a star and if ya let this one get away you are crazy. She will bring in a huge audience and huge ratings. Don't let this one get away!
Too much drama for a 6 a.m show...i think her fans are hurting her more then helping...She seems crazy already and the drama makes it even worse.
I have read all of the comments and watched all of the videos. I must say there are a lot of negative comments for Teance. Also some that attack her character and saying she lives in a trailer. Well she doesn't live in a trailer, she lives at the beach in Florida. But my question is what is wrong with anyone that lives in a trailer unless you base your opinion of people by what they have and not who they are. Is possessions really that important?
I have known Teance for many years. She is one of the most honest and giving people you will ever meet. I have seen her give her last dime to someone that is homeless. Not the last dime in her pocket but the last dime she has.
The last 3 years have been rough for this girl and I would be amazed if any of you could still laugh if you had gone through what she has. Let alone devote yourself to making others laugh.
She doesn't read the comments anymore and she has missed some good ones.
This is for a job and I hope that the best person for the job gets it.
Don't be mean isn't there enough of that in this world.
