Okay, I've watched all the videos here, and I like this one the best. Stefani seems like the best choice -- she's funny, she's professional, she speaks with confidence and has a great voice. I know the two of you have been in radio for a long time, and you have a relaxed-but-professional approach to your work. I think Stefani would be a great compliment to your style and experience. (Nicole would be my second choice, and Dawn would be my third -- the other videos were so boring, I couldn't always make it all the way to the end.)

I think you have found your co-host. Stephanie is fresh, quirky acting yet intelligent sounding and I think she would fit in and represent the staiton in a great way! Plus she's a little cutie who seems very funny - so that would make me tune in everyday!! So I would give my thumbs up!

Stefani seems like a pleasant person to listen to, not your usual manufactured persona and voice you'd find in broadcasting, like a real person sitting next to you talking. My vote goes to the Kenny girl
I'm impressed, she seems sharp, well spoken, funny and different in an interesting way. Her video definitely shows she's creative. After listening since '98, I'd much rather listen to her than the girl w/ the NC accent. That, like the British accent might get old.
she does have a great voice and a strong personality, but this is JB and Sandy's show, not Stefani's show. I think her personality might try to overwhelm yours. Just a hunch. I looooooove your show!!! I'd be okay with not finding another sidekick. How about you just have random guest appearances from Autumn and others! You know, mix it up!

Stefani has what radio needs today. I am so sick of listeneing to fake DJ's everyday on the radio that don't put their heart in soul into what they do. Stefani has so much to offer and she is 100% real. You would be doing yourself and your listeners a diservice by not hiring this ChiTown wonder. Good Luck Stef!!!!!!
I think she's to "ON". JB and Sandy are professional, yes, but they have that rare-for-radio quality of sounding like your big brothers or your best friends just hanging out and talking about every day stuff. I think Stefani is a little full of herself, and she's trying too hard to impress.

I hate to restate what other people have said, so I read the other comments, and I would just like to say that you shouldn't confuse confidence with cockiness. I think this girl has MORE than what it takes, and I can't wait to hear her in studio.

i like her, but someone not from austin? I think the best part about JB and Sandy is the fact that you KNOW austin and LOVE austin.
