Boy does she ramble! Would she ever get the story out and give you a chance to talk too? She didn't seem prepared at all and I didn't like the way she was so negative about her current position. Begging for job??
Not to really rag on someone, but she was a bit of a downer. I'm sorry she hasn't found her passion, but I'm not all that interested in hearing about it. Honestly, I was ready to turn it off.
I know her! - We need more people who actually love music, and know more than than the average joe about it, and that is Amanda. I hate it when stupid DJ's don't know crap about the songs/artist they play. Pick her!

she kind of bothered me. she basically said that she hated her job and she likes music. most people like music otherwise they wouldn't be applying for this job. we didn't learn anything about her. i want to hear more!!
I can't think of anyone better! Amanda is a music NUT, hilarious, and always has a good time. She would be perfect for the job and definitely deserves it...PICK HER!
WOW. PICK THIS GIRL. I love that Amanda has real passion for music. Her video gave me a good picture of who she is and why she wants to do radio. I think she'd be a great addition to your team. She has a very smooth sounding radio voice which I liked a lot. I can't wait to see more of her submissions!

She WAS the first one that was posted, and probably encouraged a lot of other people to try out, too. I think she has what the listeners want: couragousness, adventurous, spontanuity, drive, and a positive spirit. Go Amanda!
