Kelly, you're funny - I'd drink some vino with ya!
Kelly, you are untalented and a bottom feeder. So, yes, you are not Teance. You need friends to help you show your personality by slinging mud? This isn't a pig pen. It is a post for a job. A job!
You don't know Teance. You've butchered her name when she was clear to pronounce it.
So, you've shown JB and Sandy, and viewers, a few things:
1. You are ruthless and cut throat
2. You are not original
3. You have a difficulty with listening comprehension
4. Your inner compass is warped devoid of an understanding of right and wrong
5. You have low self esteem
6. You need therapy
7. You need new friends
Bottom line, grow up Kelly and take a bath because your dirt is stinking up the blogspot!
To the other positive entrants focused on who they are rather than who they aren't for a job audition, best of luck.
To Teance, bullies also try to push the heads of "others" down into the dirt. The others are typically the stars. The bullies are usually the dirt! Unfortunately, the world is filled with A LOT of dirt.
JB and Sandy, hire Teance--she's endured a lot of ridicule in showcasing her talent to return to her beloved Texas. Welcome her back!

Ridicule is a part of the package - get over it. If she's endured a lot of it, maybe that's a clue for her and her "talent."
I don't think Kelly was mud slinging at all. Just using her as an example of her build/body type. Leave Teance wherever she is, please. Her and her "friends" have infected this site enough.
Dear Kelly and Friend "singular" using the voice of listeners "plural,"
The idea of the exercise was to send in a video to tell JB and Sandy about yourself. Underscore self. That means you Kelly.
Kelly and now her friend have seemingly misunderstood the exercise. If intellect is part of the sidekick quotient just like a single voice professing to be the voice of many--the math is off!
And, now another thing. Teance's build and name have nothing to do with her talent. So, perhaps it is now necessary to add an eighth item to the list that is Kelly -- unintelligent.
Kelly, you used a form of the word Nazi as being necessary to get you off your "ass" (your words not mine). Not a smart choice, but then it was outlined in the preceding paragraph. But, this use of Nazi tells us you are unmotivated to do what's good for you.
Previously, I said your were unoriginal. This was an understatement. Forgive me. You are unoriginal and lack creativity (big word I know). How can you work in radio in a format that needs people who can help to inspire the listeners? A sidekick is not a robot or suffocating air.
I'd tell you to be yourself, but unfortunately, you don't know who that is. Work on you Kelly. I listened to your video and you are the only person who reflects complete negative energy.
I was nice the first time. Now, quit the ad hominem attacks. I know, I know, another big word! They teach us a lot in the trailer park.
Incidentally, Teance and Teance's friends did not attack anyone. When you decided to attack Teance in a video about you, well then, you invited an examination of your psyche and character.
I suggest you shelve the negativity, right here and right now, to display your creativity now that you have hopefully taken the time to learn the word.

Well... gee.. You Teance fans are vicious and one-tracked!! OUCH! But then again, bad press is better than no press, so keep it up.
Kelly, hang in there.. the fact that people feel the need to attack you shows that you must be a threat.. just like you may view others as a threat. Good luck to everyone. Part of the biz is to keep folks talking.. you guys are obviously doing that.
wow! So much tension (see, people who aren't on the "bandwagon" can use their big word thesaurus too).
This has become very entertaining. What a competition of "My friends can write more, and worse things, than your friends". I keep having to tune in. If I was one of the other contestants, I would start a controversy too.. what better way to get your name remembered.
I listened through the entire video clip several times. I cannot find what Kelly said that warranted the type of anger that has been lashed out. Arlie, what was so bad that it required you to attack and call someone "untalented" and "a bottom feeder"? You must have one hell of a psychology degree to come up with all the emotional flaws you perceive to be there over someone simply claiming to not be "Teance" in size or be perky like her. Teance in her own words in the first posting stated that her name was Teance and that she is teancy.
What a good friend you are to go after someone so meanly for simply pointing out what was said.
You are absolutely right that the world is filled with a lot of dirt. But you know, the more that is piled on by others... the more it will grow. At what point do we stand up and say "Enough Dirt", I'm not adding to it?
I hope you stop and re-read your posts and take your own words to heart.
I don't have a blogger account so I dont have a name to put other than Anonymous.. I am not ashamed to say that Kelly is my friend and I was present during the recording of her second video. (So , to whoever said she had only one friend.. WRONG.. she has at least 2 ). She is nothing but kind and willing to laugh at herself. At no point was she attempting to attack another. She was just pointing out her own flaws in comparison. If we can't laugh at ourselves, then what gives us the right to laugh at others?
Ok I honestly am not a fan of either Teance or Kelly, but if i were a Teance fan I would be ashamed that my friends would start such a horrible post on someones video. Kelly was just saying that her personallity was not like Teance's...thats all, she said nothing more than that and for the Teance fans to get so out of control is ridiculious. There are things that some people like and others don't...I for one would rather not listen to Teance at 6 am, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't listen to her at all! I think she is funny and has a great personality, well I did until I saw what kind of people she runs with and then...well I just hope she is nothing like the crazies that posted these comments. To everyone entering their video submissions good luck, you have all had enough balls to at least put your face out there!!! GOOD LUCK!
Good lord! So much drama. Honestly, I don't like either one of you. So just drop it and make room for those better suited for the job.
Checking in, I noted comments directed to me. So, I'll answer briefly.
Yes, I deal with the human psyche every day, and I am both trained and educated to do so and have done so around the world. And, people pay me to understand body language, tone and expressions. Kelly's video was quite mean-spirited and I reacted strongly because it was so out of place.
KELLY'S VIDEO is the only one to receive comments from me that have been characterized as "negative." I gave a few comments to others and they were positive and it was before people reacted to my response to Kelly's "video assault" on Teance--so, it is false to say that Teance's friends have been mean to other entrants. Let us deal in fact.
Kelly opened a discussion about herself with contempt for Teance and self-deprecation, which I know is a comedic style, but when you mix bashing another with deprecating yourself with a clear introduction of "get this part okay" it fails to be funny and is simply mean. Sorry, just being honest.
Now to this part of Teance's friends and her associations. I HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY MET TEANCE OR TALKED TO HER ON THE PHONE OR SEEN HER IN PERSON! Seriously! I am a fan of her videos and then became an "online" friend and fan of the person less than two months ago.
I reacted as strongly as I did because I have zero tolerance for mean people and Teance's videos brought me a lot of laughter when I sick and recovering from a near fatal infection after thanksgiving. At the same time, my Dad was recovering from a serious operation and her videos had him laughing too. Actually, I started sharing her videos and so many people laughed their way to feeling better. It's no secret that comedy heals. So, I wrote to thank Teance for sharing her work and she sent a note saying she was praying for my family. She is as sincere as is her work.
So, when someone indirectly helps you through their work and passion, there is a certain measure of gratitude, respect and appreciation. When I saw Kelly's video, I responded as a loyal fan turned virtual friend to posit my brand of "Leave Teance Alone." I respect her gift of comedy and as person who took the time to bless a stranger during a very dark chapter. Fortunately, everyone is now well.
Kelly, I do not know you. But, what I saw was insightful and textbook for what I pointed out. Again, I did like your first video better as it was more about you and not about who you are not and who someone else is. No offense, but I hope mean is not the new definition of "normal," as stated in your video. However, with everything said, I wish you and your friends well and harbor no ill will. Life's too short--I speak from a place of knowing rather than a cerebral cliche'.
JB and Sandy, there'll never be a dull moment with Teance for sure, but I doubt there'll be this much "drama" once the competition ends and you have chosen a winner. Watching this competition is like watching an installment or two of survivor. People will stab others in the back or "talk about them" behind their back and in front of the camera, or through anonymous postings to win. Personally, I wish you al well with whomever you choose. You have some great contenders--those known to you from the workplace and those introduced by this competition.
Finally, I did not write this giving a second thought to the notion that JB and Sandy would hire someone based upon their friends. I wrote this because there seemed to be a need to clear the air and answer some of the responses. If I were truly mean--I probably wouldn't have taken the time to answer, but this isn't about me--it is about persons vying for a dream job and my response became a distraction and tool for others and it should not have. It was not my intent.
