Very quirky and creative. I think that she would make a great addition. She caught my attention and held it.

cute quirky, but I think it would turn into the Teance show...sorry girl, you are funny, but almost too spirited.
She'd be a better fit for the afternoon show. She's way too hyper and a tad obnoxious for my morning commute to work.
This chick really annoys me. I just don't find her funny...I don't think she would fit well with JB and Sandy.

Teance is funny--hands down! Her video submissions are the most creative. People who are the "haters" in the bunch say things that don't make sense.
She's a comedian. She makes people laugh! Usually, people need to get crank started in the morning and unwind in the afternoon - evening. MOST people don't mellow out in the morning.
Consider her like morning coffee, which usually comes with caffeine. In the afternoon, most people drink decaffeinated coffee. Think about it. Or just think.
The other thing is to look at the number of comments generated to see that she is the "one" and has put tremendous effort into showing you range, spirit and diversity, which is either absent or masked in the other videos.
I love that someone took the time to go to her youtube page to quote her "funny" as in joke reference to playing with others. It says two things about the poster and one thing to the runners of this contest.
To the Poster:
1. You were so impressed, you made time in your day to see/hear more about what she has to say and what she's about.
2. She made such an impression or came across as a strong contender, you felt you had to post a response.
To JB and Sandy:
One thing and one thing only, "Hire this girl!" She is an attention getter, not a show stealer. I, too, was curious enough after seeing her video to know more about her and I've been laughing ever since. Have you seen her Elves strike video? The voices and the skit is funny. Austin needs funny.
To all of the entrants, including Teance, congratulations on reaching out for a dream opportunity in 2008. You've encouraged me to do the same.

I looked at her youtube page to check out the acutual NUMBER of VIEWS - which is what should show how many different people are watching hers compared to the others. Comments don't mean squat - she could have posted ALL of them herself (and all of her multiple personalities).
She's talented, yes - but for a sidekick morning show host - no way. She'll hog all the air time.

but who IS she? she's got many different characters, but does she even know herself? doesn't seem like it.
I think the anonymous commentor that is posting so many negative comments is probably a jealous and very worried competitor that is hoping to knock Teance out of the contest cause they know she's good enough to beat them out. If they knew the character of this fine person they wouldn't be slamming her with so many negative comments. My advice to the judges is to ignore this jealous person because their arguments are weak and hold no water. Teances talent and personality shines and it stands for itself. Judge her on that alone and not some jealous competitor's negative comments. Thank you.

What is really sad is that she is probably the one posting mean things on her own videos and then arguing with herself about it. She belongs locked up...Seriously
